  1. The Worst EPF personnel around in terms of service. Please read below for details. We are entrusting our hard earned money with them and they are playing around with our money.

Law will of course catch up with them for sure. But as a brahmin, I curse them that since they are playing with our retirement years, their retirement will be equally painful.

Subject: Your intervention required with regards to my PF Transfer

    To,
    Shri Kamma Narayana
    The Regional PF Commisioner,
    Bhavishyanidhi Bhavan,
No. 13, Raja Ram Mohan Roy Road,
    Bangalore- 560 025.

    Respected Sir,

I am writing to you with regards to my PF Transfer bearing the following details:
From PF A/C No: KN/BN/18453/8056 (iGATE Global Solutions Ltd)
To PF A/C No: KN/BN/34826/3396 (Collabera Solutions Pvt Ltd)

    1. My PF Transfer Application in Form 13 was submitted to Bommasandra SRO on 22nd Nov 2011 by my current employer, Collabera Solutions Pvt Ltd. Please refer attachment "Devdatta Vishnu_3396 (21.10.2011).pdf".
Also, please find attached the Acknowledgement for the same (PF Ack_22.11.2011.pdf) from Bommasandra SRO.

    2. On enquiring about the status of my PF transfer with the Bommasandra SRO, through the EPF Grievance Management System, I was informed that after due verification of member name, present A/c no and specimen sign of authorised signatory, my PF Transfer application was sent to the White Field SRO on 16/04/2012 and the transfer-in for the same is pending from Bommasandra SRO. Kindly refer to grievance registered through the EPF Grievance Management System vide Registration Number SRBOM/E/2012/02726 on 11th Jul 2012.

    3. On enquiring with the Whitefield SRO, about the status of my PF transfer and reasons for the delay, through grievance registered with EPFiGMS vide Registration number SROWF/E/2012/03028, I was informed that my claim has been rejected on 11/07/2012 stating that contribution is not shown for the month of Aug'2011, and asking me to clarify and resubmit the same. However, you will be surprised to note that till date the Rejection Letter has not been received by my current employer or my previous employer.

    4. The Form 3A for the year 2011-12 issued by my previous employer iGATE, shows the contribution for the month of August 2011. Additionally, my Statement of Accounts, issued by the EPFO, Whitefield and attached herewith for your reference, shows the contribution for the month of August 2011. Hence, there were no grounds to reject my PF Transfer in the first place. Also, the timing of the rejection (11thJuly 2012), which is just a day before I raised my grievance (12thJuly 2012), raises further suspicion. I have every reason, sir, to believe that I am being targeted and harassed here for raising the issue of the delay in my PF Transfer.

    5. I wrote to the Whitefield SRO on 11th September 2012, providing the evidence in the form of the Statement of Accounts and requesting for processing my PF Transfer. However, the same has not even been acknowledged by the SRO.

    6. Sir, you would be aware how important Provident Fund amount is towards an individual’s retirement savings. And here I am trying to get my PF transferred for the last one year or so without any success. My case is a straight-forward case which should have been cleared by now.

I request you sir, to use your good office to personally intervene in this matter and stop the undue harassment meted out on me.

    Thanking you.
    Yours sincerely,
    Devdatta Rivonkar
